Patti Maenza

Patti Maenza brings more than 30 years of experience in human resources to help take your organization to the next level. Her professional credentials, combined with deep expertise in every part of the employment life cycle, provide the diverse background required to build the human resource foundation, manage enterprise-wide activities, and optimize programs and policies to align with your organization’s mission.

 

Before establishing People Projects, Patti served as the in-house Director of Human Resources for Secure Community Network (a nonprofit safety and security organization combating hate crimes across North America), IES Abroad (a nonprofit educational organization providing academic and cultural opportunities to students around the world), and A.L.P. Lighting Components (a global manufacturing company). In these roles, Patti was responsible for all aspects of the human resources spectrum, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, DEIA, policy and change management, FMLA, employee development, talent strategy, legal compliance, and training. Patti also provided strategic internal counsel to increase employee engagement and productivity in quality and safety initiatives. 

 

Patti holds a bachelor's degree in human resources from Roosevelt University, certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and membership in the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
